The broadcast is monitored day and night. If anything falls silent, the system steps in automatically and we are alerted. Your music, clocks and schedules are stored nightly at a second location, so a station can always be restored. Enterprise customers also have a failover server that takes over the broadcast.
Yes, at any time. The annual rate starts with your next invoice; what you have already paid that month is credited.
The generated presentation: talk breaks, time checks, weather and requests the AI presenter records every hour. How much your station uses depends on your clock; we estimate it in the proposal, so there are no surprises.
No. You arrange music rights with the rights organisation in your country. We are happy to help with the playlists and reports that requires.
We take over your music library and your format and rebuild your hour clocks. Your current broadcast keeps running until everything is in place; only then do we switch. Setup is included with an annual contract.
Monthly: per month, no notice period. Yearly: up to one month before the renewal date. You always take your music and your data with you.
